SN will continue to operate along the lines of
its key strategic issues illustrated above. In future it
will evolve into an institution providing more know-how
and show-how on sustain development, effective strategies,
effective impact monitoring and evaluation etc. Peace building
and conflict transformation at the hamlet and project level
will be some of the key inputs from SN. Gender, diversity
and good governance will also emerge as important components
of SN.
Guiding the Future
The constituency, development actors and partners,
staff, board and interested parties shall refine, shape
and amend this Strategy on a regular basis through spontaneous
suggestions, initiative, changing needs, perceptions and
pro-activism. Resources in terms of quality finances, competent
HD, intellectual property and project capacity will enhance
its efficacy. Wise use of its material facilities, reputation,
institutional asset and infrastructure will be key to meetings
its vision, mission and goal. Intangible asset such as network,
partners, donors and credibility vis-à-vis its constituency
will also be an important locomotive force.
