strengthen SN, such that it is institutionally robust in
order to fulfill its VMVG. This entails that SN develops:

Fully functioning OD; basic infrastructure at center
and project level;
Well-equipped office; developed systems; competent
staff;
Quality finance, endowment fund and capital;
Well managed relevant programmes and projects;
Quality Assurance and Performance Standards from staff;
Effective external public relations maintaining excellent
image and reputation.

Partners Building Capacity is an important element and foundation
stone of SN. SN will continue to build capacity of NGOs/CBOs
and development partner in Nepal plus Asian region together
with its established network partners such as AsiaDHRRA,
Asian Chakra Network, INTRAC, RIOD and other emerging networks.
Creating An Enabling Environment: Coalition Building,
Advocacy and Shaping Development Policy SN will continue to join hands with other NGOs
and their network in Nepal, Asia and other regions to promote
the cause of important issues such as poverty reduction;
sustainable livelihood; food security, GMO and organic farming;
IPR and globalization; gender; children; elderly; population,
environment and building capacity to create a n enabling
environment and shaping crucial policies relevant to its
Vision and Mission.
